The Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation was established in 1991 to provide health services to the Aboriginal communities of the Clarence Valley, New South Wales. The Clarence Valley includes the Aboriginal communities of Grafton, Baryulgil, Malabugilmah, Yamba and Maclean.
In 2010 the service was expanded to also provide primary health services to Aboriginal communities in the Richmond Valley. These communities are Casino, Box Ridge, Muli Muli, Tabulum and Kyogle.
